MAW Vriddhi is preparing to introduce the Deepal E07 Transformer X in Nepal, an updated version of the Deepal E07 electric SUV that was launched last year. The upcoming Transformer X variant builds on the existing platform with several mechanical and interior upgrades.
The original E07 drew attention for its convertible body design, which allows it to transform between an SUV and a pickup-style configuration through an electronically controlled mechanism.
One of the key additions is an air suspension system with Continuous Damping Control (CDC). The system allows the vehicle to adjust ride height up to 223 mm and offers multiple driving modes intended to suit different road conditions, including highways and uneven terrain commonly found in Nepal.
Inside, the E07 Transformer X introduces expanded seating functions across both rows. All four seats support heating and ventilation, with additional massage functionality.
The front seats feature 14-way power adjustment, memory settings, and a dedicated zero-gravity mode aimed at improving comfort during longer drives. Interior materials include Nappa leather upholstery.
Rear-seat occupants are provided with individual controls for seat functions, air-conditioning, sunshade adjustment, and selected vehicle operations such as trunk access and rear lighting. A separate rear-seat folding control system is also included, allowing passengers to manage cargo space without accessing the front controls.
